Creating a comprehensive export plan should be one of your most important tasks when considering your international expansion plans. The export plan should set out your global growth objectives and research, setting out how you are going to sell abroad.

In this session, we will explore the key components of developing an export plan, including:

  • How to assess your readiness to export
  • Developing a market entry strategy
  • Developing your pricing strategy
  • Developing a sales and marketing Strategy
  • Understanding legal and regulatory requirements

Raj joined the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) in 2020 following a career in the Private, Public and Charity Sectors.  Prior to joining DBT, Raj worked in the Midlands with the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, supporting businesses to develop and successfully execute their growth strategies.
