Since 2007, Benoy has built a strong presence in the Arabian Peninsula, with a growing portfolio of projects in the UAE, Bahrain and, more recently, Saudi Arabia. The company covers masterplanning, retail, aviation, leisure, hospitality and residential. Notable recent awards include the Cityscape Gold Award for Ajdan Walk, Al Khobar and Cityscape Project Award for Riyadh Park Mall.
Benoy currently has eight projects on site in KSA, including Solitaire: a 65,000 square metre retail complex on the outskirts of Riyadh due to open in late 2024.
