International investors will have access to £4.5 billion of funding for 5 years from 2025 to 2030 to support their businesses within 8 strategic manufacturing sectors:

- Aerospace
- Life sciences
- Carbon capture, usage and storage (CCUS)
- Electricity networks
- Hydrogen
- Nuclear
- Offshore wind
Reducing business costs and barriers
