Competition timeline

Step 1

Application

It's time to apply! Submissions for this year's awards open on 1 March and close on 30 April 2024.

Only fully completed applications will be accepted.

All applications will be assessed against a robust scoring criterion, with successful applicants being selected in each category to progress to the eight regional heats.

It should be noted that while all applicants will be informed of their progress, feedback will not be provided.

Step 2

Regional Finals

Regional rounds will be held to select applicants who will progress to the next stage of the competition. Companies will be selected virtually by an expert panel.

The 8 regions are:

1. Africa
2. Asia Pacific
3. China and Hong Kong
4. Eastern Europe and Central Asian Network
5. Europe
6. Latin America and The Caribbean
7. Middle East and Pakistan
8. South Asia

Step 3

Semi Finals

The first of the global rounds. Successful companies will be pitching virtually against the other regional winners.

Three finalists will be selected from each category to progress to the in-person finals.

Step 4

Finals

The final round for each category will take place in-person in the UK, judged by a panel of leading industry figures, business experts and government officials.
