The company in the UK was formed in February of 2022. We additionally formed in the same month a company in Hong Kong. That followed the formation of our company in the USA in 2021.

The founders have background primarily in civil construction. They own a 30-year-old company in the state of São Paulo as well as participate as directors for the Union of Civil Construction of Small structure in the State of São Paulo. This organization represents 57,000 companies in the state.

We decided to expand to the field of commodities based on the potential we saw, the difficulties many companies in Brazil were facing with the international aspect of it and based on the network we had established, we were capable to enter the market.
