Priten Patel (APM- Project Management) is a London-born British Indian who has specialised in advising domestic and international clients regarding their property matters over the last 20 years. He has primarily focused on executing design, traditional construction and build fit-out projects within the office and residential sectors.

Traveling to Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore, speaking Hindi and Gujarati with a deep understanding of the Indian culture and business etiquette. His forte is working alongside Ultra-High Net worth Indians for their property needs (currently under NDA), predominantly in London's Mayfair district. Client-side projects have also included leading Indian brands and institutions. Forging these longstanding relationships has led Priten to encompass and entrust a carefully selected group of high-level experts relating to all facets of the property sector, inclusive with Off-Market deals, which has also led in helping Tier 2, Tier 3 Indian companies for their UK Market entry.

Priten has furthered his construction expertise by successfully completing the APM Project Management Qualification and working and learning processes from a leading global construction company with revenues over £2bn.
