Our starting range includes:
1) Freeze dried fruits, a premium dehydration technique pioneered by NASA, proven to keep over 90% of the nutrients in the fruit and leaving a crispy and light-weight texture. In contact with liquid, the fruit melts, reducing there the risk of choking with young children. We offer freeze dried mangosteen, mango and jackfruit.
2) Gently dried fruits, traditional soft and chewy dehydrated fruit. We offer dried red dragon fruit and Thai banana.
3) A new range of exciting dried fruits is currently in development!
