LONDON BOROUGH OF JAM LIMITED

I was asked to make 12,000 mini 40gm jars using flavours from my current core range. After numerous tastings the client decided on 3 different jams including; Blackberry & Bay Leaves, Lemon & Vanilla Bean Marmalade and Greengage & Fennel Pollen. We processed these according to the requested time frame and shipped direct to the warehouse in France.
