This case study focuses on my role as Head of SEO at ConsenSys, a leader in blockchain technology. Our SEO strategy aimed to enhance organic search visibility and traffic in the competitive blockchain industry. We implemented targeted keyword research, content marketing with 300 new articles, and on-page optimization to improve search rankings. Technical SEO enhancements, including site speed and mobile optimization, further boosted user experience. Through industry collaborations and a referral program, we earned high-quality backlinks, increasing domain authority. Results included a 33% visibility increase, 167 top-3 keyword rankings, 41 featured snippets, and 24,000+ organic visits in less than a year. Organic search became the top lead generator, producing 50% of leads. Our strategic approach outperformed competitors like IBM and Deloitte, establishing ConsenSys as a prominent authority in the blockchain space.
