A seed stage startup had identified a geographic gap in the ESG reporting and compliance sector, for a platform that met the localisation needs of companies. The startup’s leadership team were highly experienced, having held senior positions in global data, finance and mineral companies. However, the team recognised the importance of impartial support to help shape their business and the product strategy, and to bring analytical & structural rigour to their planning and execution.
