CASE STUDY - RELOCATE CORPORATE STAFF AND FAMILY TO LONDON
1 - The most important goal, from the outset, was to ease the confusion and worry that comes with sourcing a property and renting in London for this client. This client had to relocate from Australia to London with family and had a short time frame of one (1) month to find a property, sign contracts with keys in hand to move in.
Key factors for this search included high quality home, in a central London location with a specific floor plan, layout and budget.
2 - The Client liked our initial plan (even though the corporation had provided a relocation agent of their own!) and teamed up with Stonelink International, the Property Consultant.
Stonelink International moved fast with the client having 3 days stay in London to inspect, choose a property and fly out to pack and return within the month. We achieved the goal on the 2nd viewing, on the 1st day. The rest was paperwork and could guide the client on contractual terms and agreement with the landlord, from any location.
