This team needed to influence senior statespeople, business owners and stakeholders at the highest levels. We used messaging, Q&A, and language communication coaching techniques. We filmed roleplay exercises where delegates saw marked improvement in their ability to communicate clearly and with gravitas in order to influence. Building credibility and authenticity were key to building trust and gaining influence. Language, delivery skills and handling objections with confidence were covered. Individual feedback ensured the coaching was measurable and sustainable.
