TNWP worked closely with the client to help cement its relationship with a key global account by providing a vital bespoke training resource. The development of the knowledge hub provided the client with an online channel which was available 24/7 to engineers around the world. This was increasingly seen as indispensable by the key global account and demonstrated the client’s ability to provide bespoke services internationally, whatever the challenge.
