The Office Providers (TOPS) Ltd

We were approached by a US-based real estate advisory firm looking to open an office in London’s West End, specifically Mayfair.

They were motivated by the fact that one of their competitors had recently done so, too, however, they were aware that Mayfair real estate is some of the most expensive in the world.

With budget in mind, we searched for suitable properties in the district finding options in Hanover Square, Berkeley Square, Dover Street and around five other office buildings.

We liaised with office providers to see how we could comply with the client’s rental budget with minimal compromises.

We found the best solution with one Mayfair serviced office provider that arranged to fit out the office room with slightly smaller desks and other furniture, thus reducing the overall square footage required for the client’s team of four.

The client signed a flexible agreement so as to initially test the solution, and have since expanded their footprint significantly.
