The UK entities are 100% subsidiaries of the US holding company. Originally set up, with the goal of diversifying the US company’s operations, the UK is now the centre of European operations.

We have also completed a transfer pricing project for the company setting out their policy in relation to dealing with other group companies worldwide.

Price Bailey engages with the client on a frequent basis both in terms of ongoing compliance work- such as dealing with VAT Returns - and also on-off exercises such as Tax Consultancy. This “one-stop shop” has proved extremely effective for the company in Houston who have little expertise and knowledge of UK tax and regulations.
