The client is always looking for a convenient product that is unique and authentic to Indian home cookery and Bini Curries hit the spot.
The recipes have been handed down from my mother and aunties which are true to the various regions of India. The 8 dishes are handmade and offer convenience yet retain restaurant quality standard. The quality of ingredients come from the British suppliers. Such as Free range British chicken.
They are all gluten free and with 5 dishes suitable for the vegan diet; has attracted many of the clients to offer something as an alternative to meat.
With this in mind, the clients such as Gloucester services and Darts farm have offered all the range to their customers who enjoy the variety and allow their customers, to purchase meat dishes as well as to complement it with a vegetarian and or vegan option such as best ever lamb and spinach curry, mixed vegetable rice and Gujarati toor dal. Each dish gives the customers a different spiced flavour experience.
