JMB Partnership UK in-market representation, sales support and lead generation

STAKA is a leading supplier of premium roof access hatches.

In it's infancy of UK exploration, STAKA recognised a physical presence was needed to enhance credibility and accessibly to it's UK audience. However, opening an in-market office requires careful consideration & investment.

To overcome these risks, JMB was selected as UK sales agent, to increase revenue growth and provide a technical helpdesk.

Firstly, meetings were held to gain a comprehensive understanding of the offering, including product training in the Netherlands.

The project scope was to manage incoming enquiries to optimise conversion rates, whilst providing technical assistance.

Alongside inbound lead management, JMB targeted the wider market to generate outbound leads and increase brand awareness.

Within 6-months UK inbound enquires had increase 10 fold and STAKA doubled their UK investment.

10 years on, JMB manages all UK sales and is an integral part of STAKA's international operations.
