Modular meeting room with concertina walls
Project: New operations office for a Norwegian Insurance Provider in EC3, London (first London office)
Requirement: Private floor within EC3 minutes from Lloyds of London. The property needed to be of quality and good taste.
Able to accommodate 15 to 20 staff + 2 boardrooms and own kitchen and breakout space.
We took the project on a no find no fee basis and only showed them 3 properties which one turned out to be a great fit.
The company signed a 3-year "short-form" lease fully managed and are absolutely delighted with their London office.
