EOS Risk provided expert witness to a dispute regarding a vessel that was hijacked by Nigerian based pirates at the Western limits of the Gulf of Guinea High Risk Area (as defined by insurance).
The client required full expert witness, including intelligence based assessment of the prevailing conditions at the time of the disputed event, and analysis of the reasonableness of the actions performed by the party involved.
Based on EOS' witness, the client settled the case out of court.
