Adaptative spoken dialogue system for next generation, personalized, multi-modal virtual wellness coaching, incorporating demographic and cultural factors, across Norway, France, Spain, and the UK.

Intelligent Voice led on the customised language models and speech to text processing for an empathic, expressive virtual agent, providing personalised coaching for wellbeing and care.

Intelligent Voice also led on the multi-modal integration of the customised automatic speech recognition with voice biometric and emotional facial recognition inputs, and outputs for natural language generation and virtual agent animation.

To support the solution, language model adaptations were provided in Norwegian, French, English and Spanish.

Further adaptations were applied for two separate use cases, nutrition and exercise, incorporating both cultural and demographic factors, for an elderly user base, across the four different countries.
