Boat Cover Fasteners

The Customer has an older boat that has been stood at the local boat club through the summer months. The plastic Boat Cover securing clips were originally made from plastic and over time, exposed to the elements, these have perished. He wanted to keep the look of the boat authentic so wanted to replace the clips with clips that looked original. After approaching us with this , we 3D Scanned the parts into our system and reproduced replica clips. We used PETG as the material as this has a higher resistance to UV
