Aspire ran a rapid 3 week workplace strategy diagnostic for a leading provider of regulatory reporting services for the Financial Services industry.
The assessment involved analysing critical topics through People, Process and Place lenses. The People lense looked at productivity considerations and mental health and well-being areas. The Place lense looked at how the workplace of the future needed to be redesigned to improve productivity and performance. This also looks at how the property portfolio of the business needs to be revisited and optimised in light of the Covid Pandemic and the rise of remote virtual working. The Process lense looked at how the internal and external facing business processes need to be adapted for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
