Strategy Review- Professional Services Chartered Accountants

The Founding Partner of £25m turnover Chartered Accountancy Group comprised of 30 partners wanted to conduct an Equity Growth Review of operations to help drive growth. The review indicated a number of critical areas to address and a 5 year business plan was developed with Aspire facilitation and programme management support.
Aspire was engaged to help the leadership team to develop the 5 year business strategy. Our approach involved meetings and group workshops to understand differing partner views.
