Global Bank - Country Wide Future Core Banking Programme

A Leading Global Bank managing over $2 Trillion in assets initiated a Future Core Banking Programme to change 65% of their Business and IT landscape across the country concerned. Aspire was retained to help implement the recommendations made.
Aspire provided the Transformation Lead and Chief Architect. The team was tasked with helping to define the end to end programme plan to provide structure, transparency and control on a circa $100m programme involving approx. 500 staff and impacting 3000 employees. The Aspire team was responsible for supporting the business, key supplier, technical, conversion, integration, testing, training and change and implementation workstreams across all Retail, Wholesale, Finance, Operations, Risk and HR business domains.

Aspire added value to the programme by introducing structured thinking into a cultural setting more used to reactive fire-fighting. Aspire played an instrumental role in extending client team thinking to support a successful outcome
