Digital Transformation at Lewisham Council

Lewisham needed to capture the full potential of their digital transformation programme and realise improved cost and operational performance.
Lewisham handles over 1,000 requests a day from citizens. With a mandate to deliver large-scale change, our vision was to develop a robust digital foundation, migrate offline processes to digital channels and to improve the user experience at every touchpoint.
We developed the new platform on Sitecore and Microsoft technologies, created new registration and login flows, implemented SSO, and integrated Dynamics 365.
We introduced a modular kit enabling Lewisham to create new digital services. We rationalised and migrated all existing content (2,500+ pages) from SharePoint and implemented new processes to manage content.
Go live was orchestrated across a single weekend with both web and CRM migrated together.
The new platform is delivering excellent customer service, first-time resolution, and reducing cost per transaction.
