Background

We were approached in 2019 by a tobacco manufacturer to help them launch their nasal tobacco product in the UK. With little understanding of the tobacco regulations in UK, they requested regulatory guidance and analytical testing services to help them comply with UK regulations.

- provide advice and guidance on UK tobacco regulations for nasal products
- prepare notification for first product on the UK market
- advise on regulations (tobacco product directive) for other EU markets
