Securing Private Office Space for a Charity in Manchester

A charity had been looking for space in various locations in Manchester.

Before making contact with our Manchester team, they had already searched for space and viewed offices around Victoria Station, around Piccadilly Station, King Street, Deansgate, Spinningfields and Castlefield.

They could not find anything suitable.

Their requirement was quite specific - they needed their own dedicated entrance that wasn’t shared with other office tenants as their visiting service users required privacy.

Also, being a charity, they needed to keep the office rent relatively low.

We met with them at their headquarters offices and introduced them to the Northern Quarter as a location.

We found a few options that perfectly matched their brief and, after viewing, opted for a characterful refurbished property that had the added benefit of being less than 5 minutes’ walk from Piccadilly Station.
