Phase Eight Fashion - New Concept

We worked with the brand on a new interior concept which centred around 'Heroing the product' and refocusing a brand conversation with the customer.
By re-evaluating the brand position, its target audience and their expectation of a 'Phase Eight' experience across its multichannel platforms, we identified several areas that we could influence customer engagement and thus help to drive an uplift in sales.
The 'Rushden Lakes' concept would form the showcase of the new design from which the brand could take commercially viable elements and learnings to apply to its low performing sites within its existing portfolio should they choose to invest, maintaining a strong brand constistency.
