Secure, same day, automatic redaction of all Payment Card Information in English from call recordings.

GPU-accelerated transcription and redaction, followed by immediate replacement of the original unredacted recording, minimizes the amount of time recordings are present in-clear.

Processed recording appears in the same manner as the original, with full original call metadata.

A standard feature of Zendesk Talk is to record calls and create tickets in Zendesk Support which include the recordings as comments on the tickets.

At the end of the call, the Talk recording is picked up by Intelligent Voice®. The call runs through Intelligent Voice's speech to text engine, with Intelligent Voice's PCI algorithm then run across the transcription.

If the call contains payment card data then both the transcription and the recording will be automatically redacted by Intelligent Voice®.
