Growth-Space for EdTech Start-Up in New Orleans, LA

The company was co-founded by a group of three New Yorkers and a Canadian that had a mixed background in tech and education.

They were working on an app that was within the IOT space and had applications in elementary school.

Following a successful seeding round, they were invited to join an edtech startup incubator and accelerator in Dubai, their time in this incubator culminated in them securing next stage funding from a Louisiana-based edtech venture fund that was set-up following Hurricane Katrina.

It was at this stage of their journey that they contacted us.

We learned and understood the need to be within an edtech ecosystem as well as being close to the buyers of their technology - the Louisiana Department of Education, and their IP had to be well-protected in the workplace.

We sourced them space in flexible private offices in the Warehouse District that were close to other co-working business centres, yet provided the best security for their IP.
