Casestudy to build awareness to the correct target audience

We secured coverage in the UK’s leading national media including The Financial Times, The Times,
The New Statesman and The Huffington Post.

We organised interviews with bid leader Jean Cameron in national publications including The Guardian and The Independent. Internationally, we organised press visits for The New York Times, De Telegraaf (Holland’s largest daily newspaper), Chinese Weekly and Ireland’s largest newspaper, the Sunday Independent.

The UK City of Culture campaign took awareness of Paisley to new levels – with a media reach of 277 million people. More than 1.1m people attended events or festivals in Renfrewshire over the past ve years, with numbers growing by 25% and 23% in 2016 and 2017.

This year saw a third of attendees from outside Renfrewshire, a 93% satisfaction rate, and £1.3m pumped into the local economy.
