Movement of Bell 212 Helicopter from Brunei to the UK

Bell 212 wrapped and strapped to 40' flat rack pending offload at destination
Our client required a secure, bespoke and cost efficient solution for moving a Bell 212 helicopter air frame, blades and all supporting equipment from Brunei to the UK. Clover Shipping had to manage all logistics elements from loading of the vehicle at origin, supply of a 40' flat rack and 20' ISO contr's, local crane for lifting purposes, all permits and licences, sea freight service to the UK, offload at clients UK premises and on-site attendance at both origin and destination to supervise local activities. In addition, we implemented a compliant duty/tax management process in order that the client did not incur unnecessary UK import duty/VAT costs.
