Description
View Changes The purpose of amendment 05 is to add the Brand Name or Equal Justification and to incorporate by reference provision 52.211-6. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR parts 13 and additional information included in this notice. The Department of Interior intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for outdoor bonded aggregate cleaning, resin overcoat application and spot repair at the Arlington house, the Robert E. Lee memorial as represented in the Specifications. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03, as of February 23, 2024.
