A summary of the Work is as follows:Location: The Place of the Work is the Westside Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 4224-4304 Gellatly Rd, West Kelowna, BC, as shown on the Drawings.Maximum Budget: The District is not stating a maximum budget for this Work.Contract Time: The following are key milestone dates required for the Work:• The Work may commence anytime after: April 1, 2025• The Work must be Ready-For-Takeover no later than: August 1, 2025.Form of Contract: The Form of Contract to be executed between the District and the Contractor for the Work will be the CCDC2 – 2020 Stipulated Price Contract, as modified by Supplementary Conditions.
