Description
The Wuppertal location will be further expanded. As part of the construction project, the staggered storey (currently the 3rd floor) will be removed. The remaining structure will be extended by two new storeys (3rd-4th floor) in timber system construction, partly also in in-situ concrete construction. The construction work to be tendered includes the work for the staircase facades:
- Start workshop planning after award of contract
- Start of assembly of staircase facades expected. 12TH WEEK 2025
- End of installation of stairwell facades (impact-resistant) expected 22. WEEK 2025
-End of installation of interior cladding expected. 30. KW 2025
