Description
The place of acceptance of the supplies shall be Bulebel Warehouse Complex or as directed by the Water Services Corporation at any WSC premises around Malta and Gozo. The contract shall run for a period of fifty-two (52) months, to be divided into four (4) months for the delivery of the equipment and forty-eight (48) months for the leasing of such equipment as per terms and conditions in this tender document. The contract may also be extended by a further period of twelve (12) months with three (3) months prior notice under the same contract terms and conditions and in agreement with the Contractor. The INCOTERMS2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) including unloading at the various WSC premises around Malta and Gozo and excluding VAT.
