Description

This is the official request for proposal for Military Sealift Command (MSC) requirement for the Worldwide Paint Program. MSC requires paint, coatings, solvents, preservation products, and engineering/technical services for the MSC Fleet Paint Program. The Government is contracting for products and services, in addition to availability and delivery of these products and services on a worldwide basis within specific time constraints defined by the planned contract. The Contractor shall provide products and services for MSC and United States Ship (USS) Navy ships and any other Government-owned or Government-chartered ships designated by MSC. Services under the scope of the planned contract include engineering support services (e.g., field service technical representative, training, service calls) and technical evaluation and troubleshooting services.
