TENDER TITLE
Work in support of technological user services
MANDATE DESCRIPTION
Revenu Québec is seeking the services of specialized information technology resources to carry out work that will affect user services. The resources will be involved in implementing and optimizing new tools, as well as converting and updating workstations.
Services will be provided in hybrid mode (a combination of face-to-face and teleworking), but mainly at Revenu Québec offices in Montreal, Quebec City, Laval, Longueuil, Gatineau and Trois-Rivières.
The contract is scheduled to run for three years.

RECEIPT AND OPENING OF TENDERS
Bids must be marked in the tender documents and sent to the following address:

no later than November 25, 2024 at 2 p.m., local time, to the attention of Laurent Giguère.
The bid opening will be public and will take place by teleconference at 2 p.m. local time, 48 hours after the deadline for receipt of bids. It is also possible to attend in person by presenting yourself at 1:50 p.m. at the reception desk located at the security station near the gates, mentioning your first and last name, the title and number of the call for tenders. A security officer will contact the designated contact person to escort you to the dedicated room.
SERVICE PROVIDERS ELIGIBLE TO BID
Only qualified service providers with an establishment in Quebec or one of the territories covered by the applicable agreements and who have obtained the tender documents distributed by SEAO are eligible to submit a bid.
QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM
In addition to the above-mentioned conditions, the service provider must hold an ISO 9001-2015 registration certificate.
COMPLAINT AND DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE
A complaint may be lodged if the current tender documents provide for conditions that do not ensure the fair and honest treatment of competitors, do not allow competitors to participate, even though they are qualified to meet the needs expressed, or do not otherwise comply with the normative framework.
