Germany - Within the framework of the VgV procedure with a non-open architectural realization path

Description

As part of the VgV procedure with a restricted architectural realization competition, an architectural office is to be found for the new construction of a mobility hub with parking. Filderstadtwerke, a municipal enterprise of the city of Filderstadt, is the owner and operator of the P+R parking garage in Filderstadt-Bernhausen, Filderbahnstraße 14. This is a P+R parking garage with 350 parking spaces, located at the S-Bahn stop in Filderstadt-Bernhausen and at the central bus station. Due to serious structural defects, the building was demolished down to the first floor level. A "Mobility Hub and Parking" (MHP) is now to be built on the site of the P+R parking garage. In addition to the goal of providing as many parking spaces as possible for cars, the aim is to enable and facilitate the use of numerous mobility solutions for the public as well as the easy transfer and switching between these solutions. It is possible to apply as a consortium (form 234 must be completed accordingly). In the case of applicant consortia, the information and references apply to the consortium as a whole. The reference is also deemed to be fulfilled if the service was provided as the responsible project manager in another office. In this case, written confirmation of the responsible project manager from the other office or the client must also be submitted (form I.3 EU must be completed). The aim is to create an innovative and sustainable building in terms of design, construction and energy efficiency, which guarantees optimal processes in planning, construction and maintenance. The realization competition is to be carried out with 15 participating offices, 3 of which will be selected in advance.
