Description
As part of the Common European Agricultural Policy, the European paying agencies are obliged to carry out an annual quality assessment for the three systems (LPIS, GSA, AMS) of the Integrated Administration and Control System (IACS) in accordance with Art. 68, 69 and 70 of Regulation (EU) 2021\/2116. For this purpose, the European Commission (EU-KOM) annually provides VHR image data (without orthorectification) of the current year to track the verification of eligibility requirements and parcel delimitation (measurement) in the system for identifying agricultural parcels LPIS (Land Parcel Identification System), geodata-based application system GSA (Geo-Spatial Application) and the area monitoring system AMS (Area Monitoring System).
The VHR data is provided by the JRC (Joint Research Center) throughout the control year, depending on the recording possibilities. The recording period begins in March and can extend into August.
They are available in zones of 10 x 10 km each via a provided ftp link.
In the course of this, the service of image data processing for the 6 paying agencies of the federal states of Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Rhineland-Palatinate, Schleswig-Holstein and Saxony is to be made available for retrieval via a framework agreement. The service is a fully processed image that is made available for call-off. The zones are selected by EU-KOM and distributed to the individual federal states in Germany.
