CALL FOR TENDERS

FOR WINTER MAINTENANCE WORK ON LAKE-CHICOBI NTO-ROADS FOR THE YEARS 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026-2027

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, by the undersigned, Development Officer of the MRC d'Abitibi :

THAT the MRC d'Abitibi request tenders for the purpose of awarding contracts for the execution of winter maintenance work on the roads of the TNO Lac-Chicobi for the years 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026-2027.

THAT interested bidders may obtain the tender documents from the Service électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 866 669-7326 or by consulting the website www.seao.ca, stipulating the notice numbers :

- TNO-2024-0001

THAT the documents may be obtained for a fee in accordance with the SEAO fee schedule.

THAT bids may be received during the office hours of the MRC d'Abitibi, located at 582, 10e Avenue Ouest, Amos (Québec) J9T 1X3, until October 7, 2024, 10:00 a.m.

THAT the MRC d'Abitibi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all bids received. The MRC d'Abitibi assumes no liability to bidders for their bids.

THAT the MRC d'Abitibi reserves the right to cancel this call for tenders in its entirety without incurring any costs on the part of the bidder(s), or to have the work performed in whole or in part without incurring any costs on the part of the successful bidder(s).
