The Florida Department of Transportation requests competive sealed bids/proposals/replies for the procurement of: Wildflower Seeds: Florida Grown and Other Grown All Bidders, Proposers, and Respondents must be registered in the State of Florida's MyFloridaMarketplace system. For services contracts, all out-of-State corporations, out-of-State limited liability companies, and out-of-State limited partnerships must be authorized to do business in the State of Florida.
