INVITATION TO BID SLIPPERY ROCK UNIVERSITY of PENNSYLVANIAUP-505 - West Gym Roof ReplacementSlippery Rock University of the PA State System of Higher Education invitesContractors to download bid documents for this project.Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractor according to Pennsylvania statute and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:A. General Construction: UP-505.1Work included under this Project consists of approximately 12,000 square feet of asphalt shingle roof replacement at the Slippery Rock University West Gym. Roof replacement includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing asphalt shingle roof assembly, hung gutters and downspouts, EPDM box gutter liner, and flashing components down to the existing roof deck, and installation of asphalt shingle roof assembly, gutters and downspouts, EPDM box gutter liner, flashing components, soffit and fascia. Refer to Documents for complete scope of work.Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General Construction to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and State System of Higher Education. A Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on April 30, 2024, at 10:00AM, in the Conference Room, 100 Buildings & Grounds Road, Slippery Rock, PA 16057.  The Pre-Bid Conference is not Mandatory.Electronic Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM, EST on May 22, 2024, through PASSHE’s ARIBA Sourcepoint located at http://seller.ariba.com.The Bid package is available at http://seller.ariba.com.
