Nordre Follo is the contracting authority to the DPSThe child welfare service is a service in Nordre Follo municipality that is responsible for ensuring that children living in conditions that can harm their health or development, receive the necessary help and care at the right time.The child welfare service can, among other things, implement relief measures with guidance through support dialogues or practical help for parents and the youth, leisure activity services and respite care.For information on the municipality see www.nordre follo.kommune.no. Invitation to participation in a dynamic purchasing system for measures for the child welfare service.The estimated value of the DPS is NOK 85 million excluding VAT, during the contract period.Competitions will be held under this system to meet the need for the following measures:— guidance to parents— milieu therapy— observations/mapping— supervision during visits— supervision of foster homes.
