Description

Welding monitoring services with ultrasonic testing UT and documentation of joint welds and stress equalization on construction sites for the renewal and conversion of existing track systems for the Munich tramway and Munich subway.
The ultrasonic tests (UT) are to be carried out in accordance with DB Netz AG's test guideline (Ril) 821.2007.
The ultrasonic testing is to be carried out by the contractor for non-destructive testing (NDT) in accordance with Ril 821.2007Z04 Z06.
The tests are to be assessed by an external service provider in the role\/qualification "Test supervision"
to be evaluated.
The basis for the performance of the NDT is VDV Guideline 609 "Superstructure welding for local transport companies and non-federally owned railroads" 06\/2020. The basis for the NDT tests is DB-Ril 821.2007Z05.
