WDR's planned construction project involves the core renovation of the film house, which was built in 1974. The building will be stripped back to its supporting structure and structural and static changes will be made. It will remain in its original use. The construction site is located in the center of the city of Cologne, opposite the Finance and Administrative Court on Appellhofplatz in the city center - Altstadt Nord district, directly on Tunisstrasse ("Nord-Süd-Fahrt"). The inner-city location, on one of the main traffic arteries of the city of Cologne, must be taken into account with regard to access and exit, as well as parking facilities (see traffic concept of the construction logistics and manual).the deliveries/services requested in the context of this award procedure are the furnishings consisting of:- Lot 1 Interior furnishings- Lot 2 Office workstations- Lot 3 Exterior furnishings
