Description

Wastewater drainage from the Hohenpeißenberg wastewater treatment plant to the Peißenberg wastewater treatment plant The following approximate quantities will be produced: approx. 2,500 m2 of topsoil work; approx. 4,200 m3: Pipe trench excavation up to 2 m excavation depth; approx. 450 m3: Excavation for special shafts up to 3.5 m excavation depth; approx. 250 m3: Earthworks for road construction; approx. 3,385 m: Supply, lay out and weld PE-RC 50 4.6 SDR 11 pipe as KSR; approx. 3,240 m: Supply, lay out and weld PE-RC 250 22.7 SDR 11 pipe as carrier pipe; approx. 145 m: Supply, lay out and weld PE-RC 280 16.6 SDR 17 pipe as carrier pipe; approx. 2,325 m: Laying the PE pipelines using the cut-and-cover method; approx. 1,200 m: Laying the PE pipelines using the plow-in method; approx. 126 m: DN 300 PVC gravity sewer; approx. 80 m: DN 200 GGG pipeline in the Eierbach crossing area; approx.19 special shafts (aeration and ventilation, pigging station, inspection) in PE (compact) design; approx. 26 m: pressing through DB track system with DN 500 St protective pipe; approx. 5,800 m2: Repair of water-bound surface of forest paths; approx. 1,300 m2: Repair of asphalt surfaces over pipeline trench; Construction description:; The Hohenpeißenberg wastewater treatment plant is to be closed and the wastewater produced will be diverted to the neighboring wastewater treatment plant in Peißenberg. This will require the construction of an approximately 3.5 km long wastewater pipeline from the connection point at the Hohenpeißenberg sewage treatment plant to the transfer point to the wastewater treatment plant of the neighboring market town of Peißenberg. With a geodetic height difference of around -110 m between the start and end points of the pipeline, with six relative high and low points in between, the pipeline is designed as a free-fall pressure pipeline running empty in sections. This requires the installation of aeration and ventilation units as well as pigging sluices for regular testing and flushing in free drainage areas. An energy destruction shaft will be installed upstream of the transfer point in Peißenberg. The route of the pipeline is initially based on the course of the road network in the area of the state forest. The rest of the route runs along Wörther Straße; and finally across grassland to the transfer shaft in Otto-Hahn-Straße in Peißenberg. Based on the results of the excavation pits carried out in advance, construction is planned to be carried out in sections using the open trench method and, where possible, by plowing. In the course of the route, the DB Weilheim Schongau track system has to be undercut by means of pressing through, whereby approval for this has already been granted. The crossing of the Eierbach gorge in the Wörth district will be carried out by installing the thermally insulated DN 200 GGG pipeline on the existing municipal bridge structure.
