Description
SCOPEThis tender consists of Garbage Collection and Disposal Services - Miramichi Rural District which includes Geneig, Chatham, St. Margarets and Black River/Hardwicke for the Department of Environment and Local Government as per the attached Specification and Maps. The contract will be for a three (3) year term, from February 1, 2025, to January 31, 2028, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms. CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIACompliant bids will be evaluated based upon the lowest total price bid that meets the specifications listed within this document. Vendors shall be able to meet the required specifications detailed within the item description and attached specifications.HOW TO SUBMIT PRICINGVendors are to indicate their yearly price in the "Unit Price Including Discount" column and extend the price (multiply Unit Price by 3) to the "Extended Price" column directly on this Invitation to Tender. There are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid. SUBMITTALSVendors are to include the following with their bid submission:1. List of two (2) References including:a.
