The subject matter of the contract is the supply of cleaning and washing agents together with lease of foam dispensers and paper bags for the needs of the Food Department - kitchen.The subject matter of the contract has been divided into 4 tasks. Detailed description and method of execution of the contract is contained in the General Terms of Reference (OPZ) constituting Appendix No. 1-4 to the SWZ. The Contractor shall ensure that the offered assortment has the current permission for marketing on the Polish market (certificates, attestations). Detailed data absolutely necessary for proper identification of the product should be placed on each package and on the external packaging and must include at least: a. trade name; b. catalogue number; c. manufacturer; d. expiry date. A solid (block) hand-washing agent for use regardless of water hardness. Quickly removes grease and does not require intensive scrubbing.
