The purpose of this Amendment 0003 to N66604-24-R-0110 is to:
1. Extend the Question and Answering period in Section L Section 1.0 Submission of Questions by Offerors.
2. Update Point of Contact in Section L Sections 1.0 and 2.0
3. Solicitation Questions and Answers (Q&A) for amendment 0002 which were posted on SAM.gov with solicitation amendment 0002 are attached as Attachment #8
4. Solicitation Questions and Answers (Q&A) for current amendment 0003 are attached as Attachment #9
5. To extend the receipt of proposals to Thursday 12 December 2024, no later than 1400.

1. Revise the CLIN 0001 description to correct an error.
2. Revise the CLIN 0002 description to correct an error.
3. Revise the CLIN 1000 description to correct an error.
4. Revise the CLIN 2000 description to correct an error.
5. Provide Solicitation Questions and Answers (Q&A).
6. To extend the receipt of proposals to Thursday, 21 November 2024, no later than 1400.

1. Revise the Instructions to Offerors to remove the requirement for Offerors requesting the Confidential WEB Kit and WEB Cable Kit Contract Baseline Technical Data Package (TDP) to complete Attachment #5, Terms of Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
2. Revise Section M to correct an error.
3. Revise Section L to correct an error.
